At Fragrances Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened box with all protective seals intact to ensure the fragrance is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
